I’m Abbey and I started playing football when I was around 8 years old. I grew up playing at Stockport County all the way through the youth set up until I got to open age. I had to have a MPFL reconstruction on my knee which put me out of football for a couple of years whilst at Stockport County, when I felt ready to play again, I joined Hyde United in 2022, gained my confidence back and got back to doing what I love!
